Hello my dear friends today let's discuss about How to get Inspiration to Live and Work Day by Day.
One of the main motto that inspire me is: Daily routine! Do it happily :)  Let us discus few more advises for the day: Always start next day in the evening before, analyze past day carefully hour-by-hour; keep the victories to pass them on to future generations  and the mistakes not to repeat them even again.  In our families, this works the same way when members share their daily experiences in the evening and are planning next day together. Set up goals, plan and envision the next day from the evening time, this will help you to be more prepared, to have more new ideas, overcome any daily challenges and it will help you to be more confident in life.
At night sleep with a clear mind, because you have resolved all problems and conflicts before you went to sleep. If you do not do good for your fellow man, you will have no peace and a difficult sleep, if you have done good, then your mind will rest in peace. Clearing your mind brings bright dreams and sleeping will be good.
In the morning get up early, wakeup easy and happily jump up from the bed to fulfill you daily goals and tasks. Do perfect morning practices for self perfection and to prepare well for upcoming day:  meditation/prayer 3-15 min, read inspirational words for the day 3-15min, visualization/affirmation 3-15 min, listen inspirational music/sing karaoke 3-15 min, write diary/planning 3-15 min, do sports 3-15 min, yoga/breath exercises 3-15 min. Therefore, start the day in the morning with self-perfection exercises, it is proved already that it will help you to overcome more easy obstacles that we all have daily and achieve greater results. Then when you go to bathroom in the morning, smile to yourself in the mirror, envision great day, say it to yourself “I will do the best today” and day will be like that. Already is proved by many people that regular morning self-perfection set of exercises help to achieve great results, so do you choice daily, make you inspirational perfect morning practices for a perfect day or the day will overload you by daily obstacles as usual.
Don’t stuck on daily routine and do it as usual. Always remember and multiply good thoughts, ideas and you will meet good people during the day, do it even in difficult situations because negative thoughts could easily ruin you day and life.
Also in our modern daily life, usually as routine, we move from home to work by transportation, from work to shops, entertainments and from there to home by car. Thus, we are usually in some space but not as originally intended in the midst of nature moving by our feet. More and more people nowadays understand the necessity of active life and that is more important than ever to move, for a healthy life. Have a daily walk and better to do it in the midst of nature.
